Cancellation Policy:

All appointments require at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise will be subject to a late cancellation / late rescheduling fee of the full fee of service. 

Please note that this is for any reason. I do not excuse emergencies. The time has been reserved for you and is therefore unavailable for someone else. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice and can have someone take the appointment for you, they will pay and the cancellation/reschedule fee will be waived.

Please note if I have an emergency within 24 hours of your appointment I honor this policy in reverse.

Booking Policy:

Please Note: We require new clients to prepay in full for their first appointment at the time of booking. Payment for service will not be returned for any service cancelled without 24 hours notice.  I require all clients to have a credit card on file. This card is encrypted and secure. This is not automatically captured when you pay online. It is something we must do in office. If you do not want to have a credit card on file you may prepay for your appointments. Appointments that are neither pre-paid nor secured with a card on file may be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment.

As a condition of working with me, all clients must agree to my policies. If you do not support these policies please do not book an appointment with me. Booking an appointment will be interpreted as an agreement to these policies.
